庾艾盈 Esther Yu
先後於香港浸會大學取得傳理社會科學學士、音樂文學士(一級榮譽)及哲學(音樂學)碩士學位。自小喜愛演奏樂器，深信音樂能建立人的信心和毅力、藝術觸角、人文視野，合奏及演奏經驗則帶來人間超越語言的交流。從事音樂培訓工作後，致力推廣音樂作為生命教育，並與志同道合者成立樂作枋，藉此平台，籌組活動，實踐信念。現同時任職Qin Music，並擔任“香港學校音樂培訓計劃” 課程總監，為多所學校統籌音樂訓練活動。
Esther obtained BSSc.(Communication Studies), B.A. (1st Hon, Music) and M.Phil. (Musicology) from the Hong Kong Baptist University. Started learning a musical instrument since young, she believes that music could build one’s confidence, persistence and artistic sense. In addition, she found that music performance and ensemble activities connect people in a way that transcends language. Working in the music training field, Esther aims to promote music as an important tool of life education. She founded Ponte della Musica with friends who share the same mission. By this platform, she actualizes her beliefs by operating ensemble training and organizing various activities. Esther is also currently serving as the Program Director of Musikschule Program Hong Kong at Qin Music, where she organizes music training program and activities for various schools.
