Hypercube (一支獨秀系列之六)
在幾何學中，超越現實的超方型（Hypercube）是的確存在著的。藉由增加在邏輯上存在但現實生活中卻不可見的維度，將空間的概念無限地推廣與延伸。在音樂的世界，以時間為第一維度，聲響為第二～四維度的音樂形式已行之數百年，而在科技與美感都已不可同日而語的今天，我們是否也能為音樂增加新的維度？
長笛家吳正宇與『時間藝術工作室』以物理學中超方型概念為基礎，對音樂維度重新作出解構與詮釋，企圖構建一場連接東西古今的音樂會。其中傳統器樂與揚聲器、電聲的互動、劇場元素以至生活與舞台的關係都會於本節目中有不同程度的探索。許德彰、林儷、FELIPE PINTO D’AGUIAR及ANDRE MESTRE 四位不同背景的作曲家各自建築的方型將組合成一個超現實的Hypercube。

台灣省台中市人，2011年吳正宇於阿姆斯特丹音樂院獲得長笛演奏碩士文憑，並活躍於歐洲與亞洲樂壇。於2012年首創”一枝獨秀 – Just a Flute!?”系列音樂會。該系列曾受邀至荷蘭梵谷美術館，其演出足跡遍及台灣、中國、荷蘭、比利時、義大利、英國、德國、奧地利等地。吳正宇現為上海巴羅克室內樂團長笛手與上海國際聯盟合唱團附屬管弦樂團長笛首席。2013年吳正宇籌組現代樂團『Time Art Studio 時間藝術工作室』，於荷蘭、台灣與上海積極推廣古樂及現代音樂。首張個人專輯 《十絕句 – 吳正宇長笛獨奏》於2015年十二月發行。
Cheng-Yu Wu was born in Taichung, Taiwan. He earned his Master’s Degree in Music from Conservatorium van Amsterdam. In 2012, Cheng-Yu started an experimental solo flute recital project titled “Just Flute?!”. The project was well received and soon he was invited to feature in the Van Gogh Museum in Amsterdam, and Taipei International New Music Festival. Cheng-Yu is well-known for his creativity of playing different types of flutes for various music styles. In additional to concert performance, Cheng-Yu is dedicated to flute and composition education. He formed a modern music ensemble, TimeArt Studio, in 2013. Cheng-Yu is currently active as a flute soloist and a music educator in Amsterdam, Shanghai, and various cities in Taiwan.

生於香港，畢業於香港演藝學院，師隨羅永暉先生及麥偉鑄先生，主修作曲，其後於荷蘭皇家音樂學院繼續進修，隨Martijn Padding 及Yannis Kyriakides。創作類型多元，由傳統器樂、中西樂團、電子音樂至多媒體劇場作品，帶給觀眾創新音樂感受。作品風格以結合不同媒體為主，2011年4月，作品《凝結時光》於德國柏林音樂Berliner Festspiele 2011由德國柏林樂團Ensemble Adapter及香港創樂團經由互聯網 步演出。曾合作新音樂樂團包括，荷蘭Nieuw Ensemble、Atlas Academy、New European Ensemble、德國Experimentalstudio des SWR、 Internationale Ensemble Modern Akademie、美國Dallas Winds、挪威即興樂團Parallax 及香港創樂團等。參與藝術節包括香港好熱音樂節，香港新視野藝術節、荷蘭Holland Festival、芬蘭Musica Nova Helsinki、香港「聲音下寨」系列、為香港西九文化區“M+進行：充氣!”展覽等。除創作音樂外，亦與藝術教育項目，曾被邀為香港藝術中心年展“Art & Technology” 設計一系列工作坊，與參觀展覽的中學生互動分享聲音藝術。剛過去的冬天，與音樂劇場劇團de Veenfabriek合作，於荷蘭多個城市為作品RAARRR 巡迴演出。
Lam Lai was born in Hong Kong. She studied music composition at the Hong Kong Academy for Performing Art with Law Wing-fai and Clarence Mak, and later in the Royal Conservatoire in The Hague with Martijn Padding and Yannis Kyriakides.
Her compositions are performed around the globe, including orchestral, ensemble, electronic and interdisciplinary works. As a composer, she tends to create new hybrids of media, exploring sound experiences in music and the communication to the listener.
Lam Lai has focused on combining conventional performance practices with other forms of art such as electronic sound, visual art, film, literature and theatre. In 2011, her work Frozen Moment for synchronising two ensembles in two cities was performed by the Hong Kong New Music Ensemble in Hong Kong and Ensemble Adapter in the Berliner Festspiele 2011.
She worked with many innovative new music groups such as Nieuw Ensemble (Amsterdam), the Internationale Ensemble Modern Akademie (Frankfurt), Experimentalstudio des SWR (Freiburg), Atlas Academy (Amsterdam), Ensemble Adapter (Berlin), Parallax (Norway), Dallas Winds (United States), New European Ensemble (The Hague) and Hong Kong New Music Ensemble (Hong Kong). Her works were performed in many music and art festivals in different countries such as the Holland Festival, MOBILE M+: INFLATION! (Hong Kong), Musica Nova Helsinki (Finland), Atlas Festival (Amsterdam), New vision arts festival (Hong Kong), Sonic Anchor (Hong Kong), WASBE wind band festival (California) and also in South Korea and France.
Apart from creating her own music, Lam Lai also contributes in music and art education. She was invited by Hong Kong Arts Centre as an artistic tutor to design series of sound art workshops about “Art & Technology” for secondary school students. In the last winter, she was working with the music-theatre company de Veenfabriek for the performance RAARRR which tours around the Netherlands.
